Job Description
- Oversee the operations of product management while developing and executing a roadmap for core products
- Guide the agile development processes including quarterly planning, metrics gathering, sprint planning, grooming, and overall sprint deliverables
- Own all product roll out planning and execution including training, written deliverables, virtual project demonstrations, and in-person presentations
- Lead meetings with multiple stakeholders to identify and prioritize software development and business process improvement initiatives
- Vendor contract negotiations in conjunction with finance and business teams
- Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and visual mock-ups for stakeholder review
- Gather feedback and approval from relevant stakeholders pre-development and post-development
- 7 to 15 years of relevant experience
- Worked in Agile setup as a product manager for 1-2 years
- Understands the software development lifecycle
- Experience with quarterly planning
- Extremely high empathy towards user problems
- Creative thinker
- Has one of the three backgrounds: business expertise (finance or healthcare), UX design, or technology
