Role Overview:

As a Pre Sales IT Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the pre-sales process, working closely with our sales and technical teams. You will be responsible to clear all the hurdles that we might run into during sales calls with the customers. Your expertise will be pivotal in providing detailed walkthroughs of infrastructure blueprints, helping clients visualize the proposed IT solutions.

The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that all the certifications like ISO27001:2022, SOC2 Type2 audit reports, GDPR, RMiT, DPDP are done on a timely basis and all the gaps are identified.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements from the IT Infra, Security aspects and other challenges.
Collaborate with the legal team to understand the gaps and help them close the sales agreements.
Engage with potential clients to gather information about their existing IT infrastructure to integrate customers ERP solutions with Cleartax SaaS.
Conduct in-depth analysis of the clients current IT infrastructure and suggest the best solution.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations, focusing on infrastructure blueprints.
Clearly articulate the proposed IT solutions and their benefits to the client.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Provide expert advice on the implementation of IT solutions based on the clients needs.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions align with technical capabilities.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop accurate and competitive pricing for proposed solutions.

Job Requirements / Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree + 1 year in a technical discipline.
Strong English (both oral and written) skills and strong problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of computer security principles, IT / Cloud best practices.
Knowledge of certifications like ISO 27001:2013, SOC2 Type 2 Audit Reports etc
