Presales Engineer

• Need domain knowledge who can do designing, offer preparation, tendering, interaction with suppliers for LAN, CCTV, PA, FDA, AV System etc.

Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Design and develop technical solutions based on customer requirements for LAN, CCTV, PA, FDA, and AV systems. This includes creating diagrams, specifications, and bills of materials (BOMs). This will often involve site surveys to accurately assess customer needs and existing infrastructure.
• Offer Preparation: Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, including system design, pricing, and implementation plans. This requires a strong understanding of costing and the abaility to present compelling value propositions.
• Tendering: Respond to tenders and RFQs (Requests for Quotation), ensuring timely submission and compliance with all requirements. This involves meticulous attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
• Supplier Interaction: Interact with suppliers to obtain pricing, technical specifications, and support for proposed solutions. Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships is crucial.
• Technical Presentations: Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our solutions. This requires excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Needs Analysis: Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements. This often involves asking insightful questions and actively listening to customer feedback.
• Site Surveys: Conduct site surveys to gather information about customer facilities and infrastructure. This is a critical step in ensuring accurate solution design.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support to sales teams and customers throughout the sales process. This might include answering technical questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing training.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor offerings. Continuous learning is essential in this rapidly evolving field.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all presales activities, including proposals, tenders, and customer interactions.
• Candidates having knowledge about above systems will be preferred.

Qualification : - Diploma in Electronics or Electrical preffered
