About the Role As Manager/Senior Manager - Taxation in our Customer Success Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success journey of our high-value clients. You will leverage your expertise in the GST domain and understanding of our product/service offerings to provide effective support and guidance to customers, and ultimately drive greater customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth for the company. What will you doStrategic Partnership with Clients: Build strong relationships with senior executives of high-value clients to deeply understand their business challenges and strategic goals, ensuring Clear s solutions drive measurable impact. Enable Business Outcomes: Guide clients in leveraging Clear s products across Clear Compliance Cloud, GST, e-Invoicing, ITC maximization, and integrations to optimize their operations, improve efficiency, and deliver tangible business value. Drive Adoption and Engagement: Foster high levels of product adoption by aligning Clear s offerings with the client s evolving needs, ensuring an exceptional user experience throughout the lifecycle. Collaborate for Client Success: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery leadership to address client feedback, refine Clear s offerings, and identify opportunities for cross-sell and value enhancement. Deliver Insights and Innovation: Develop a nuanced understanding of client businesses to proactively recommend best practices and innovative approaches that maximize their ROI with Clear. What will make you successfulYou should be a qualified CA and have an experience of 3-4 years working in the GST domain. Your people-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will see you succeed in this role. You must have great communication and presentation skills. You should be good at Problem solving and driving change management working with client teams. You must show a deep understanding of customer problems and collaborate with internal stakeholders to keep our customers satisfied at all times. Great to haves Experience in filing through Clear Portal Experience filing through government portal Deep domain knowledge of Compliance processes (GST, TDS) and Accounts Payable with ability to guide end-to-end filing process for compliance Strong program management skills Ability to connect with CXO/CXO-1 (CFO, Tax heads etc)
