Looking for highly motivated and driven candidates who have good communication skills and passionate individuals who love interacting with the clientsRoles and Responsibilities:1.
Contractual Documentation and Analysis: draft, scrutinize, and negotiate legal documents and contracts, such as agreements with vendors, clients, and partners, which include software license agreements, service level agreements, non-disclosure agreements, etc.2.
Regulatory Compliance Advisory: collaborate and advise internal teams on regulatory issues, collaborate with internal teams to provide day-to-day legal support and guidance3.
Routine Legal Compliance: Detect and mitigate potential legal risks; ensure compliance with all applicable laws; facilitate the integration and management of data from standard and negotiated contracts into corporate databases, along with their ongoing upkeep4.
Legal Research and Policy Development: Undertake legal research to remain abreast of legislative and regulatory shifts, analyze legal matters, and furnish strategic recommendations to internal business unitsEligibility:1.
Law graduate from a reputed law school in India2.
Candidates who have a combination of law firm and in-house corporate internships are preferred3. Should be available for a full-time (in-office) internship
