Job Description

Clear Space Realty is looking for Sales Head to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
  • The Sales Head is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
  • This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and overseeing the day-to-day sales operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
  • Create annual sales plans, budgets, and forecasts
  • Team Leadership:Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Set clear sales objectives and KPIs for the team and individual sales representatives
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members
  • Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Identify key customer accounts and develop strategic account management plans
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Sales Operations:Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, including order processing, lead generation, and customer inquiries
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Ensure the use of CRM systems and sales tools for effective sales tracking and reporting
  • Sales Forecasting and Analysis:Monitor sales trends, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed
  • Develop sales forecasts and inventory plans to optimize resources and inventory levels
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Collaboration:Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to achieve overall business goals
  • Participate in cross-functional projects as required
  • Compliance and Ethics:Ensure that the sales team adheres to company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements
  • Promote a culture of integrity and professionalism within the sales organization
