Working Hours: 3.00pm to 12.00am

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for building and implementing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms, including organic and paid search campaigns (SEO), paid advertising, email marketing and other channels to increase brand awareness and generate leads. The position will also develop and deploy content changes across our websites and other digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute organic and paid social campaigns to increase audience engagement and lead generation
• Generate leads through engaging, relevant content for various digital platforms including email, search and social
• Launch and manage multiple paid search campaigns
• Review and optimize SEO performance
• Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and implement improvements
• Assist in updating and maintaining website content
• Build landing pages and deploy content across multiple company owned websites utilizing our CMS platform
• Maintain pages for multiple websites while adhering to company branding standards and guidelines
• Analyze site performance and make recommendations
• Monitor and analyze site performance and proactively recommend and implement improvements for customer experience / journey
• Manage on-going email campaigns, launch new promotions
• Create tracking and ROI measures for all digital marketing programs
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on campaign success/ failures
• Other duties as assigned

Requiements:

• Bachelor's in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience required
• 3+ years relevant experience
• Content Management System work experience (preferred using Acquia, Magento or Drupal but not required)
• Strong analytical skills and experience with complex data analysis
• Strong track record of completing programs on-time and on-budget, meeting ROI metrics
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• The candidate must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and be able to work cross functionally
