Title: Senior Dell Boomi Integrations Developer with Kronos

Job Overview

This candidate applying for this position will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing interfaces in UKG Dimensions using Dell Boomi. The candidate will report to the application technical lead and will function as an individual contributor.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience working with UKG products Workforce Central/Dimensions/Pro WFM preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Dell Boomi for UKG Dimensions/UKG Pro WFM
• Dell Boomi Professional Certification
• Experience working with Dell Boomi components, connectors, Application Source Qualifier, Mapping Designer and Transformations
• Expertise in building SOAP/REST based web service using XML/JSON payload interacting with external web services, DB, Queue, etc.
• Managing Atoms and Process Monitoring, debug, analytically troubleshoot the system and determine process improvements
• Experience working with Postman
• Knowledge of UKG Workforce Central/UKG Dimensions required for the following modules
• Time and attendance
• Basic Scheduler
• Accruals
• Time-off-Requests
• Devices
• Prior experience integrating with Oracle HCM and ADP
• Strong SQL Knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing interfaces, testing and deployment
• A member of the team that provides solutions related to UKG Dimensions/UKG Pro WFM
• Provide direction to and review work of team members around configuration and interfaces
• Responsible for working with business to gather, document requirements and configuring solutions within Kronos
• Responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting all interfaces, upstream and downstream, to the Kronos application
• Work with Kronos team to assist with developing and implementing application designs to optimize performance, scalability, and sustainability.
