Project Coordinator - Graphics Development

Job Description:

Project Coordinator for the Graphics Development Department, will be responsible for overseeing projects related to automotive industry OEM customers. Primary role will be to ensure seamless coordination with Customer, between departments for the development of graphics products, providing solutions, guiding teams, planning development tasks, and facing audits such as Automotive Industry Audit, IATF Audit, EOHS Audit, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Coordinate projects with automotive industry OEM customers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality graphics products.

2) Act as a liaison between different departments including design, engineering, production, and quality assurance to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

3) Provide innovative solutions to meet the unique requirements and challenges of automotive industry OEM customers.

4) Guide and support the project team throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones.

5) Plan and prioritize development tasks based on project requirements and resource availability.

6) Plan & co-ordinate with production team for smooth handover product to mass production as per IATF, PPAP and APQP requirement

7) Prepare and participate in audits such as Automotive Industry Audit, IATF Audit, EOHS Audit, etc., ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

8) Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.

9) Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

10) Maintain accurate project documentation and reports, including project plans, status updates, and meeting minutes.

11) Collaborate with stakeholders to address any issues or concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

1) Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or related field.

2) Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the automotive industry or graphics development field.

3) Strong understanding of automotive industry standards and regulations, such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, EOHS, etc.

4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

5) Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

6) Problem-solving mind-set with the hand on APQP, PPAP, Problem Solving Quality tools and ability to identify issues, analyse data, and implement effective solutions.

7) Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

8) Proficiency in project management tools and software Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point.

9) Experience in facing audits and ensuring compliance with industry standards is highly desirable.

10) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

11) Screen printing / Chemistry knowledge will be added qualification

12) Proficiency in Designing and Prepress Software Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Coral Draw, any other pre-press software will be added advantage.
