House Butler - Full Time

Role & responsibilities

• Responsibilities include greeting and checking in guests
• Making dining and other arrangements as required for the family and guests by understanding their preferences, allergies, likes, dislikes etc.
• Meet & Greet guests and taking care of their needs
• Have a thorough understanding of all spirits and specialty foods in stock
• Communicate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleaned at the most convenient time for the family.
• Run errands for family when necessary.
• Assist in planning and managing events or dinners.
• Overseeing the smooth running of hosted events, parties, and dinners.
• Performing all duties and obligations with decorum, tact, and unwavering professionalism.
• Coordinating the maintenance and preservation of the artworks, antiques, and silverware.
• Remain well-groomed at all times.
• Prior experience as a butler in either the hospitality or catering/event planning industry or as a domestic butler
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Experience as a domestic Butler or similar role in the hospitality industry
• Ability to adapt to a fluid environment
• Commitment to a high level of customer service
• Strict attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with efficiency and discretion

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Hotel Management with 6 to 7 years of Experience in hotel
  industry/Residence.
• Knowledge of food and wine pairings is a plus.
• Looking for full time Butler only (24 hrs). Will provide the accomodation.
