Deputy General Manager - Sales - Engineering/Machine Sales (15-20 yrs)

Location: Pune.

Client: European MNC in the business of manufacturing machines.

Education Requirement: Tech in Agricultural engineering / Dairy technology / Chemical engineering. Tech in Dairy and Food Engineering. Master's in Business Administration / PGDBA.

Work Experience: 15 to 20 years of experience in business development & sales of equipment in Food, Dairy & chemical industry .

KRA's:

- Formulate Business strategy to develop business in Dairy, Food and Chemical sectors.

- Drive Revenue, Growth & Market Expansion.

- Analyze customer needs & market trends, current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation.

- Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications.

- Collaborate with teams to implement sales strategies and marketing plans to enhance market share.

- Understanding areas of concern, requirements and identifying business opportunities.

- Handling technical queries raised by customers & resolve them.

- Plan and carry out product launches.

- Manage product profitability and commercial success.
