Designation: Manager, Operations

Education:

• Masters in Management/MHA
• Minimum 5 years experience in leading operations of a large hospital/healthcare retail chain. Experience of working in a corporate role is preferred
• Should be strong in data analysis, people management and program management
• Should be willing to travel extensively

Work Location: Palakkad and Thrissur (Kerala)

Experience:

1.Drive, monitor and report performance on all revenue levers across centers to achieve P&L as per AOP

• Design tailor made strategy for each centre based on discussions with centre teams, sales, digital and branding.
• Identify new revenue levers to grow the business
• Drive ARPU levers by focusing on benchmark vs centre performance

2.Drive profitability of centres through strong governance on financial leakage, direct and indirect cost

3.Design and implement high-impact initiatives, including inventory management, service excellence, new IT system deployment etc.

4.Organize Operations and Counsellors Meet at set frequency to align teams to the companys vision and goals

5.Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly dashboards for management team

6.Keep abreast with market trends pricing, service offerings, expansion etc.

Centre Timings: 9 AM - 6 PM
