Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of sales representatives, ensuring their success in meeting sales targets and objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving successful sales outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Monitor daily activities of the team to ensure they are focused on achieving assigned goals
• Conduct regular performance reviews with each team member to assess progress against targets and provide constructive feedback
• Develop strategies to increase productivity and drive revenue growth within the team.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, Technical Sales Support, and Production to ensure alignment in achieving overall company objectives.
• Implement effective sales techniques by setting clear expectations on customer engagement strategies.
• Should have good knowledge of Softwares & Prepare regular reports on sales metrics such as pipeline status, team performance.
• Proven experience in a similar role as a Sales Team Leader or Sales Manager
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire others towards achieving common goals
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Solid understanding of various sales techniques including prospecting strategies,
• negotiating tactics, and closing methods.
• Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work effectively both individually or as part of a team
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse data trends.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets
