About The Role :
The Lead Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing effective marketing automation solutions.
This role requires a deep understanding of Adobe Campaign functionalities, along with strong leadership and technical skills to drive project success and enhance our marketing initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead the development of implementing Adobe Campaign projects, providing guidance on best practices and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to understand requirements and design scalable, efficient solutions within Adobe Campaign.
- Oversee the development of custom workflows, data integrations, and automation scripts.
- Ensure seamless integration with other marketing and data platforms.
- Implement testing strategies to ensure the accuracy and performance of developed solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for technical processes, workflows, and system configurations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, and IT, to align on goals and optimize campaign strategies.
- Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency, reliability, and user experience.
- Participate in SAFe agile ceremonies with a global team of in-house and vendor partners.
- Ensure all testing environments and ready and stable, provide technical input for go/no-go criteria, and manage production code releases.
Education :
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred (MBA/MS Computer Science/M. Tech Computer Science, etc.)
Relevant Experience :
- 6+ Years with Adobe Campaign
- Relevant working experience in a communication platform or MarTech stack

- Adobe Campaign certified
- Ability to program in HTML/CSS/JavaScript
