Lead Developer - Teamcenter/PLM (8-15 yrs)

Job Description :

- 8+ years of experience in Teamcenter PLM development with strong knowledge of architecture, configuration, and core components

- Proficiency in Teamcenter tools such as ITK, BMIDE, SOA, and Workflow Designer.

- Design, develop, and implement robust solutions within the Siemens Teamcenter PLM platform, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.

- Lead the customization, configuration, and deployment of Teamcenter components such as Workflow, BOM Management, Change Management, and Classification.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into scalable and efficient PLM solutions.

- Develop and maintain Teamcenter extensions using ITK, RAC, SOA, and BMIDE to meet complex use cases.

- Implement integrations between Teamcenter and enterprise systems like ERP, MES, or CAD tools, ensuring seamless data exchange and interoperability.

- Optimize and troubleshoot Teamcenter architecture, resolving performance issues and ensuring high system availability.

- Mentor junior developers and guide the team in adhering to best practices in PLM development and deployment.

- Document technical designs, configurations, and processes to ensure comprehensive system knowledge and adherence to compliance standards.
