Royalty Analyst- Junior

• The Junior Royalty Analyst will work with the Royalty team to provide licensors statements and payments timely and accurately. This role will be responsible for preparing distributed licensor files to ensure that fees are booked properly for month end close.

• Prepare licensor statements on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annual basis.
• Generate payment requests for statements once reviewed and approved.
• Send statements to Licensors and respond to Licensor s inquiries.
• Allocate the advances in the department schedule and generate payment requests.
• Provide filing back-up for Licensors reports.

• Bachelor s Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
• 1-3 years accounting experience preferred
• Excellent written, verbal communication skills in English.
• US based experience will be preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Effective communicate skills to interface with all levels of the organization
• Should have worked in a data entry/back office profile
• Keen eye to spot errors in a volume oriented scenario
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline driven environment

Work hours - Should be flexible to work in US hours as needed
