Job Description
CIMET provides end-to-end comparison and signup of energy and telecommunication plans through its online solution in a B2B and B2C environment. It presently caters to more than 25 Energy and Broadband Providers and has over 30 white label partners and other co-branded partners. The online comparison market is extremely crowded in Australia, with most comparators providing a light touch directory solution. CIMET saw this as an opportunity and developed a fully integrated online comparison and signup platform.
On 15 March 2022, CIMET partnered with iSelect who acquired a 49% stake in CIMET Holdings. Going forward, CIMET will use this investment from iSelect to expand into new products including Credit Cards, Home loans, Car loans, Personal loans, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Pet Insurance among others. CIMET today has around 150 team members, across Australia, India and Philippines and will double over the next 2 years.
- Create compelling and imaginative copies for various marketing materials, including advertisements, websites, social media posts, email campaigns, video scripts, product descriptions, and blogs.
- Work closely with the marketing team to comprehend project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines to produce impactful and relevant
- Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, products, services, target audience, and competitors to stay current and ensure that the copy is accurate and
- Write persuasive and engaging copy that effectively conveys key messages and promotes brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions
- Review and refine copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand voice and
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to produce cohesive and visually appealing content that aligns with the overall marketing
- Keep up to date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies to continuously improve copywriting skills and contribute innovative
- Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality
- Mentor junior copywriters by providing constructive feedback and helping them develop their
- Writing informative and engaging articles on topics relevant to the companys verticals (Energy, Solar, Broadband, and Mobile). Ensuring content is optimized for
- Creating compelling and persuasive copy for advertisements across various platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and
- Developing clear, concise, and informative content for the companys website, including product descriptions, landing pages, and
- Crafting engaging social media content that drives interaction and promotes the companys
- Creating brochures, email newsletters, and other promotional materials to support marketing
- Conducting research to understand market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor
- Analyzing the performance of content and campaigns to make data-driven decisions and
- Reviewing and editing content to ensure it is error-free, well-structured, and adheres to the companys
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, being an effective team player, being able to work with individuals at all levels within the organization and building remote
- Excellent English skills and experience working within a multi-location
- Excellent prioritization skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and the ability to multi-task.

Brief Description
CIMET will double its workforce over the next 2 years, we need to build and onboard a team of high performing people to enable the planned growth to reach fruition.
CIMET is in the early phase of expansion where systems, processes and policies are being developed and implemented.
This means there will be constant changes occurring and you will need to be agile in your approach to changing business priorities.
