Head - Logistics - Ready Mix Concrete/Cement Industry (15-20 yrs)

The Head of Logistics & SOP functions will manage all plants of RMC division, Driving Cost reduction & SOP implementation.

- Must have experience managing Cement & RMC Logistics, Contract, control tower initiatives, Operations, P&L, Concrete Logistics for Ready mix Concrete

- Proven track record of increasing sales, cost optimization, resource utilization and profitability.

- Ability to incorporate innovative management techniques, systems, processes and procedures to enhance business practices, increase productivity & efficiency and boost revenues

- Responsible for Logistics functions (Outbound logistics), contract negotiations, agreement formation, MIS, Cost savings analysis and implementation of new initiatives.

- Training: Facilitating training to new joiners / existing employees to meet the company objective and to align with the process.

- Create BOS (Business operating systems) for Safety & Logistics functions to create process oriented business for growth & sustainability.

- Develop in SAP- Customization of SD module based on company & Operations requirement

- Responsible for Customer service to achieve on time delivery with the team of CDS Incharge, Safety cum Driver Trainers, Dispatchers, CRO and Order taker.

- Responsible for vendor / customers, retention, management and Implementation of Reward and recognition scheme to boost Business.

- Responsible for Handling Customer complaints and to retain customers.

- Handled wide range of product and service categories such as Cement Logistics, Ready Mix Concrete Marketing, Logistics Planning and Scheduling, Cost analysis, Operation & Maintenance.
