Job Overview.
We are hiring a Java Technical Lead with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team at CIAR Software Solutions Pvt Ltd.

As a Java Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

The job is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and is a full-time position.

Qualifications And Skills.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

7 to 15 years of experience in Java development, with hands-on experience in designing and developing enterprise-level applications.

Strong knowledge of Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).

Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular and Node.js.

Proficiency in database management systems, such as MySQL.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Experience in the food or hospitality industry is a plus.

Roles And Responsibilities
Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality Java software solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and quality assurance engineers, to ensure successful project delivery.

Mentor and guide team members, providing technical expertise and support.

Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development processes and methodologies.
