About This Role
Have an eye for details and a keen numerical sense? Our Finance & Accounting Team upkeeps the financial health of the company and provides strategic insights to stakeholders, paving the way for further expansion and growth.

What You Will Be Doing
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
Billing and Invoicing
- Prepare invoices accurately and promptly, in accordance with local regulations and standards.
- Manage and support clients billing and invoicing queries.
Accounts Receivable and Collections
- Monitor outstanding balances and collections, following up with clients to ensure timely payment and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions and update customer information as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and discrepancies related to billing and invoicing.
- Prepare and analyze aging reports, providing regular updates on accounts receivable status to management.
Finance and Accounting
- Ensure accuracy of invoice financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, banks, local tax and government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with all local filing requirements, tax filing requirements, and audits in relation to accounts receivable and invoices.
- Support finance department at headquarters as required.
About You
- Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting / Finance, or related field
- Experience
- 2 Years related experience with an MNC
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
- Competency in MS Office, spreadsheets and accounting software
- Skills & Qualities
- Highly detail-oriented and organised
- Effective written and verbal communicator up and down the organization and lateral across functions
- Mature, organised, strong sense of integrity, self-motivated & eager to learn
