Accounts Receivable Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payment to vendors and maintaining accurate records.
• Perform general accounting tasks such as journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports using Tally software.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to finance and accounts.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth execution of accounting operations.
• Processing vendor invoices for various entities through accounting software Tally

• Processing payments to Vendors & employees through NEFT, RTGS & Cheques.

• Co-ordinate with employee & vendor and solve their queries related to payments

• Assist in various audit i.e internal audit & statutory audit

• Handing yearly GSTR 2A reconciliation for subsidiaries

• Responsible for supply all bank reconciliation for multiple bank accounts.

• Preparing cash flow on daily basis.

• Making payment to vendors through NEFT, RTGS, DD and cheques.

• Resolving branches queries

• Maintaining & creating master data for vendors & employees.

• Preparing E-invoices and e-Way bill in Tally

• Booking asset in Fixed Assets Module i.e Global Financial Solution

• Co-ordinate with vendors and solve their queries related to payment

• Assist with annual financial audit, Tax audit & GST audit

• Assist with filing GST return on monthly basis.

• Preparing GST reconciliation on monthly basis

• Prepare month- end and year- end closing journal entries

• Performed month-end and quarter-end closing activities, account reconciliation & amp; accruals

• Making all statutory payments like GST, TDS, ESIC and PT and pass payment entry

• Generate creditors outstanding report and plan the payments based on fund availability.

• E- Filling of Income Tax, TDS and Service Tax Returns

• Prepare journal entries for accruals and other adjusting entries

• Assist with annual financial audit

• Performed month-end and quarter-end closing activities, account reconciliation & accruals

• Maintain Bank Reconciliation, Statement Reconciliation of Debtors & Creditors

• Maintain Petty Cash Book and journal entries in software

• Maintaining payroll i.e ESIC, EPF,PT.

• Recorded and prepared all cash receipts for bank deposits

• Prepared computation TDS Return Filling Quarterly

• Should have experience in finalisation.
• Salary 18000-25000
