Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Talent Acquisition team to define and execute a multi-channel talent acquisition strategy including employer branding, outreach campaign planning, recruitment data analysis and talent forecasting.
- Participate in the recruitment process, which involves sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal individuals.
- Manage the recruiting pipeline, which includes determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing and managing referral processes.
- Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles.
Education :
- Currently pursuing a bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Recent graduates with relevant coursework are welcome to apply.
Experience :
- Prior internship or project experience in recruitment is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR systems or tools is advantageous.
Core Knowledge Areas :
- Basic understanding of HR functions, including recruitment.
- Knowledge of HR ATS or tools such as Greenhouse or similar system is a bonus.
Personal Traits :
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently and in a team.
