Manager - Actuarial Pricing

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the North America actuarial pricing team at Chubb Business Services India
• Key responsibilities include:
  • individual case pricing for property insurance business by Westchester, the E&S specialty product group within Chubb
  • managing senior resources in team and ensuring appropriate management structure and processes are in place for all team members
• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to understand expectations; identify and prioritize deliverables, milestones, and timelines ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Actively contribute to the actuarial transformation
• Mentoring the team to enhance their expertise in actuarial pricing, products, rate filing etc.

Eligibility:

• Qualified or Near-qualified actuary with specialization in property & casualty insurance
• Expertise in US P&C insurance market is highly desirable
• 5 to 10 years of relevant actuarial work experience in property & casualty insurance
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Effective interpersonal and team management skills
