Job Description

Learn existing programs and take up support responsibilities.
Work with IT partners to enhance existing interfaces.
Improve support activities through root cause analysis, standardization, automation, notification, escalation, and reporting.
Cobol, IMS/TMF, DB2/Utilities/Bind, FileAid/FileAid DB2, SyncSort, Gener, IDCAMS/VSAM, Zeke, CA7, TSO, CList, Focus, JCL/Procs, EZTreive, Panvalet, ROSV1, JHST, EJES/RMDS, FTP, OUTBOUND
Experience of analysis, design, develop, test, implement, and troubleshoot code.
Experience creating design documentation and maintaining overall design document and deliverables.
Working experience of the SDLC processes.
Written and oral communication skills.
Excel experience.
SQL experience a plus.
