Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities - Area Collection Manager - Jalgaon
- Manage a team of collectors to achieve collection targets for assigned areas.
- Conduct regular visits to branches within the circle to monitor collections performance and provide feedback.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to increase collections efficiency.
- Develop strong relationships with branch managers and staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Analyze data reports to track progress against targets and make informed decisions.
- Should have knowledge into Home,Lap,Micro Lap ,Secured Business Back ground/Legal Knowledge and Process Handling experience.
