Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Generalist Manager to oversee our accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in accounting software such as Tally, MS Office, and Google Suite, with a strong understanding of GST, TDS, accounting entries, and Excel reporting. This role requires excellent communication, coordination, and management skills to effectively liaise across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting Management: Oversee the maintenance of accurate account books and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Coordination: Act as a liaison between different sites and departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration on financial matters.
• Reporting: Collect and analyze financial data from various team members; prepare regular reports for management review.
• Team Leadership: Instruct and guide team members in their daily tasks; provide support to the accounting and billing teams as needed.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to GST and TDS regulations; manage all related filings and documentation.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in accounting processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a focus on managerial responsibilities.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Tally, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting entries, and financial reporting.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
