Role Summary:
We are seeking a Marketing and Growth Manager with minimum 5-6 years of experience to drive distributor acquisition, engagement, and retention through targeted marketing strategies.
The role involves designing innovative campaigns, enhancing partner enablement through training-focused content, managing social media presence, and driving platform growth while fostering distributor success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Marketing & Growth Planning:
- Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies focused on distributor acquisition and retention.
- Analyse market trends and distributor needs to craft impactful campaigns.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy to engage distributors and amplify brand visibility.
- Manage Choice Connect's social media platforms, ensuring regular, engaging, and on-brand content.
- Monitor social media trends and leverage them to boost engagement and reach.
Distributor Enablement:
- Collaborate with the training team to develop marketing materials that support distributor education.
- Promote training programs to empower distributors and their teams, ensuring they are equipped to maximize sales.
Campaign Management:
- Create and manage digital and offline campaigns targeting various distributor segments.
- Design performance-driven strategies to scale the distributor network across geographies.
Brand Positioning:
- Enhance Choice Connect's brand identity as a trusted partner in financial product distribution.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives align with the platform's mission to empower distributors.
Digital Marketing & Analytics:
- Leverage digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to engage distributors.
- Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and refine strategies based on data insights.
Collaborations & Partnerships:
- Work with influencers and strategic partners to amplify reach and distributor engagement.
- Build co-marketing programs with product providers to add value to distributors.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with the training, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and effective initiatives.
- Share insights from marketing campaigns to inform product and training development.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA or a related advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- 5-6 years of experience in B2B or platform-based marketing, ideally in fintech, financial services, or a similar domain.
- Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
- Strong storytelling, analytical, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with distributor and partner ecosystems, including DSAs and influencers.
- Experience with training-focused marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with social media analytics tools and performance marketing.
