Responsibilities

A Primary Teacher is responsible for teaching young children, typically from grades 1 to 5. The key duties include:

• Planning and preparing lesson plans according to the CBSE curriculum.
• Teaching subjects like English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and languages.
• Monitoring and assessing students' progress through tests, assignments, and classroom activities.
• Providing a safe and conducive learning environment.
• Encouraging student participation and engagement in class.
• Communicating with parents about student progress and concerns.
• Organizing extracurricular activities and promoting overall student development.
