Position: Sales & Marketing Executive DuPont Molykote AFC(Anti-friction Coating) and Lubricants
Location: South India (Chennai-based)

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to promote DuPont Molykote AFC (Anti-Friction Coatings) and lubricant solutions in South India.
• Identify and approach potential customers in target industries such as automotive, manufacturing, electronics, and industrial machinery.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end-users.
• Address customer inquiries, provide technical support, and offer tailored lubricant solutions to meet customer needs.
• Market Analysis:
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide regular market intelligence reports to the management team.
• Product Promotion:
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to educate customers about the features and benefits of Molykote AFC and lubricants.
• Represent Chime Polymers at trade shows, industry events, and customer seminars.
• Collaboration with Technical Teams:
• Work closely with DuPont’s technical experts and internal teams to address specific customer requirements and develop customized solutions.
• Sales Targets & Reporting:
• Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure profitability in the region.
• Submit detailed monthly reports on sales performance, customer engagement, and market development activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related fields) or Business Administration.
• Experience: Freshers & Minimum 2-4 years in B2B sales, preferably in the lubricants or industrial chemicals sector.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial lubricants and coatings, including their applications in various industries.
• Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and regional languages.
• Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across South India for client visits and market development.

Preferred Industries for Experience:

• Automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
• Industrial machinery manufacturers.
• Electronics and appliance manufacturers.
