Job Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development: Promote Chime Polymers’ engineering plastics in the Chennai region.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to strategize sales approaches.
• Customer Support: Provide technical guidance and product recommendations to clients.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution.
• Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, production, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Polymer Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in polymer sales & marketing (engineering plastics preferred).
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of engineering plastics and polymer applications.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Location: Candidates must be based in Chennai or willing to relocate.
