About the Role
We are looking for a strategy and execution focused Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who is a great leader and coach. This person has experience at high-growth B2B tech companies and can own all areas of B2B tech marketing, including but not limited to: Product marketing, demand generation, content marketing, branding, public relations, analyst relations, channel marketing, marketing analytics, and events.
As a member of our Executive team reporting directly to the CEO, the CMO is responsible for the company’s core marketing strategy and shares the responsibility to drive growth.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Conceptualize, develop, and propagate a ‘hybrid Digital Transformation Software & Services’ brand identity.

Who you are:
- Progressive experience of 18-20 years in leading technology organizations. Must have relevant experience in both software and services businesses, ideally as the CMO of a business unit.
- Ability to develop, articulate and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Be the driver for brand positioning, differentiation, and brand equity to enhance market share and brand awareness.
- Ability to optimize multi-channel marketing efforts of the team to reach target audiences effectively.
- Monitoring and analysis of market trends, consumer insights, marketing analytics and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Education:
