About The Role:

Position purpose:

Preparation of techno-commercial proposal (Feasibility study, Concept Pre-FEED, FEED, DE support to EPC, EPC , EPCsMs) in line with the identified win strategy and value proposition. With the support of the discipline lead nominations for proposal, manage the preparation of the technical content, including project execution methodology and supporting documents such as schedule, personnel nominations, man-hours, deliverables list, technical clarifications and deviations. Regular engagement with T.EN Senior Corporate Management in establishing and managing the proposal strategy and approval stage gates. Set and manage the proposal schedule and allocation of responsibilities to nominated discipline leads, ensuring the nominated proposal team are on target throughout the proposal process. Ensure the development of high-quality proposal documents and maintain records / files of work and revisions.

- Technical discussions with disciplines and our Group offices

- Presentation to disciplines, management and Client

- Implementation of Group Procedures / Ensuring required due diligences as per group procedures

- Involvement for departmental activities including developmental activities

- Handling Audit Related activities

Position Requirements:

- BE/B.Tech with 20+ years of experience in Oil and Gas consulting industry. Proven understanding of Microsoft Office suite of programs, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, XAIT. Additionally, candidates should have;

- Personal drive to identify, analyze and propose solutions to problems in a constructive and positive manner and also a willingness to challenge to enhance quality and presentation of input received from nominated discipline leads

- Strong organizational and planning skills, able to drive a team through the proposals process whilst maintaining the schedule in line with business priorities.

- Self-motivated, persistent, should be able to work on own initiative

- Effective communication skills particularly in the written English language, able to articulate clearly and concisely with impact and meaning.

- Capability to achieve tight deadlines, even if the situation changes.
