Education Qualification

Experience
22-26 years of relevant experience in the Power/Energy industry
Demonstrated track record of successful leadership and management in a similar role
Proven experience in implementing best practices for boiler operation and maintenance
Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations in the energy sector
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Boiler - Associate General Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the efficient operation and maintenance of boilers to ensure uninterrupted power generation
Developing and implementing strategies to optimize boiler performance and efficiency
Leading and mentoring a team of engineers and technicians to achieve operational excellence
Ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards, and driving a culture of safety awareness
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex boiler-related issues
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
Participating in budget planning and cost control activities
Preparing and presenting regular reports on boiler performance, maintenance activities, and key metrics
