• 10-12 years of experience in the Real Estate & infrastructure industry
• Proven track record in procurement, contract management, vendor development, and supply chain management
• Demonstrated experience in strategic sourcing and negotiation
• Expertise in flooring and bathroom finishing materials
• Understanding of market trends and pricing.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for flooring and bathroom finishing materials
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential vendors and maintain a robust supplier base
• Negotiate contracts and manage the supplier relationship to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and align procurement activities
• Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining the highest standards of quality
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to make informed sourcing decisions
• Manage the end-to-end supply chain for flooring and bathroom finishing materials
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and ethical standards
