• 15-20 years of experience in the aviation industry
• Proven track record in managing passenger boarding bridge operations
• Demonstrated leadership experience

Education Qualification

• Bachelor s degree in aviation management, Engineering, or related field
• Master s degree in aviation management (preferred)

• Lead and manage the passenger boarding bridge operations to ensure the efficient boarding and disembarkation of passengers
• Oversee the maintenance and servicing of passenger boarding bridges to ensure safety and functionality
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures for passenger boarding bridge operations
• Train and develop a team of operators to uphold safety protocols and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with airline partners to coordinate boarding bridge activities and optimize gate utilization
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any operational issues or safety concerns
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance passenger experience and operational efficiency
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to passenger boarding bridge operations
