Lead and oversee the soft services operations, including housekeeping, janitorial services, and pest control, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance

Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience through the delivery of outstanding soft services

Manage a diverse team of soft services professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly and effectively

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, maintaining a secure and hygienic environment

Oversee the procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment, optimizing inventory levels and budget allocation

Regularly assess and review the performance of soft services providers and vendors, ensuring alignment with Adani's standards
