- Oversee lease agreements, rental negotiations, and contract management for commercial spaces
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to optimize commercial space offerings
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on commercial space performance and initiatives
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention through high-quality commercial space management
- Contribute to the development of innovative strategies to enhance the overall commercial space experience
