Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field

- Demonstrated experience in optimizing recovery processes and driving continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of safety and environmental standards within the industry
- Oversee the day-to-day precious metal recovery operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize precious metal recovery processes, maximizing yield and minimizing waste
- Lead and mentor a team of recovery technicians, providing guidance and support to drive performance and professional development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging technology and best practices
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal quality standards
- Prepare and present reports on recovery operations performance, highlighting key metrics and improvement initiatives
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to recommend and implement innovative solutions
- Participate in the development and monitoring of the departmental budget, ensuring cost-effective operations

The novelty of working inside an airport never wears off. The legal team is not very large and aviation work is always varied and interesting, so there’s very little scope for getting bored.
The HR policies of the company are dictated by the Adani group (which runs Mumbai airport), which is headquartered at Ahmedabad.
