Associate Manager

Total Experience: 8-10 Years of working for material management/procurement of Electrical material for solar project.

Essential Qualification: BE / B. Tech (Electrical)

1. Timely processing of Invoices/DPR/Hold Release or any other legitimate payment
2. Ensuring all Contractual recovery from RA bills should be done before processing of payment.
3. Inventory monitoring for all electrical material like transformers, cables, termination kits and misc. electrical activities related to AC DC works.
4. Ensuring no financial error in final invoice, processing as per contract at closure. Error includes lesser deduction of recoveries (recovery towards LD, FIM, Power, Water, P&M, Manpower, debit notes etc.
5. Meeting the contractual compliances for minimizing project risks - BG management, CAR/EAR management, etc. as per contractual terms.
6. Follow up with vendor for procurement of brought out items, manpower augmentation & all other requisite resources as per schedule requirement,
7. Follow up with internal stakeholder e. g. Engg, Quality, Projects team for timely release of Drawing, inspection compliance, Qty. amendment, Descoping & Offloading of vendor.
8. Ensuring timely raising invoices, certification from Site team and Process for Payment.
9. Regular visit to vendors Manufacturing Plant, warehouses to ensure delivery of supply Items within stipulated time.
10. Coordinating with all concern team for making invoice ready for payment, which includes errors resolving, errors in SAP, errors due to GST, Errors due to invoice booking.
11. Coordination with different functional team for resolution to vendors site specific issues for smooth functioning.
12. To conduct the KOM with vendors for the assigned packages as per decision by SCM Head & ensure Compliance with the entire contractual requirement by Vendor.
13. Provide the status update of the packages for MIS generation & to coordinate with HO engineering for the resolution of technical and Commercial issues of the packages with respective stakeholders and escalate if required.
14. To visit the vendor and its sub-vendor s work to expedite the status of Material supply.
15. To ensure smooth closure of package by preparing and maintaining proper documentation like NFAs, Completion certificates, etc. & assign performance scoring to external providers
