Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, credits, debit notes, and other financial documents.
  
• Oversee team management to achieve operational excellence through effective communication, training, and performance evaluation.
  
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to billing discrepancies or disputes.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in billing operations management in the telecom/ISP sector.
  
• Strong understanding of accountancy principles, including invoice generation, payment follow-up, credit control processes.
  
• Excellent team management skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
