Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales administrators, including hiring, training, and providing ongoing coaching and development.
• Set clear goals and targets for the team and ensure they are met or exceeded.
• Coordinate and oversee administrative tasks related to sales, such as order processing, data entry, inventory management, and sales reporting.
• Monitor and analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement sales administration policies, procedures, and best practices to streamline operations and improve overall effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of administrative activities.
• Provide guidance and support to sales administrators in resolving customer inquiries, order discrepancies, and other administrative issues.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and high-performance culture.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales administration activities, performance, and achievements to senior management.
