Cheran Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager - Finance & Accounts to lead our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial insights to drive business growth.
1. Financial Management: Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. 2. Accounting Supervision: Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
3. Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
4. Cash Flow Oversight: Monitor cash flow and working capital to maintain liquidity and optimize financial performance.
5. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
6. Compliance: Ensure adherence to local accounting standards and tax regulations (e.g., GST, TDS).
7. Stakeholder Interaction: Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and professional qualification of Inter in CA/CMA/CS preferred.
2. 15+ years in finance and accounting roles, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial capacity.
3. Should have experience in handling F&A of multiple Business Units.
4. Knowledge in NetSuite is mandatory.
5. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.
6. Preferred Immediate Joiner.
