Manager - Finance & Accounts

Role Eligibility: Any Commerce qualification with strong technical skills. CA (Inter) / CMA with 5 years experience would be preferred. The candidate must have at least 10-12 years experience working in a managerial role with team handling responsibilities & maintaining client relationships.

Technical qualifications : Expert knowledge of TALLY, Zoho Books, QuickBooks. Relevant experience in statutory compliances pertaining to TDS, GST & MCA. An excellent working knowledge of MS Word and Excel Skills.

Very good ENGLISH oral & written communication skills are a must. Team handling experience of around 2-3 years is required.

Roles and Responsibilities - Day to Day activities will include:

• Oversee the activities of a team of accounting staff, and guide them on their day to day activities (see activities below). Candidate should also prepared to take on individual contributor role in the same areas:
• Manage all accounting transactions
• Publish financial statements in time
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Monthly/Quarterly and Annual filing of GST, quarterly TDS and Income tax returns
• Audit co-ordination
• Preparation of financial statements as per Schedule III
• Responding to client communication

Candidate should be able to work independently, handle pressure and co-ordinate with all stakeholders.
