Urgent Requirement - Floor Manager

Supervise day-to-day operations on the floor, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to hospital policies, and compliance with safety regulations to maintain a productive environment.

Ensure efficient patient admission, discharge, and transfer procedures. Monitor and manage the inventory of medical supplies, ensuring that stock levels are maintained.

Serve as a point of contact for patients and their families, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to schedule appointments, surgeries, and other procedures.

Ensure patient comfort and address any concerns promptly.

Ensure that all operations on the floor adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Implement and monitor patient care protocols to ensure high-quality services.

Conduct routine checks to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.

Ensure patient data privacy and confidentiality, adhering to hospital protocols and regulations.

Enhance the patient experience by ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Address any patient complaints or concerns efficiently, aiming to resolve issues with a high level of customer service.

Provide regular updates and feedback to hospital management on floor operations, staff performance, and patient satisfaction.
