Function : Technical Management ,Data Science

Location : Shoolagiri (Hybrid, with flexibility for remote work)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Data Scientist to join our data science team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing advanced data models, performing data analytics, and building predictive models to support business decisions. You will leverage cutting-edge data science techniques and visualization tools to derive actionable insights that drive efficiency and innovation.

Responsibilities :

Data Science and Machine Learning :

- Develop, test, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.

Data Analytics & Visualization :

- Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and insights using advanced statistical methods and visualization tools.

Big Data Processing :

- Work with structured and unstructured data, leveraging Python, R, SQL, and big data tools.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

- Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and business teams to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.

Optimization & Automation :

- Develop automated solutions for data collection, processing, and reporting to improve operational efficiency.

Team Leadership :

- Mentor junior data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Requirements :

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related fields with hands-on expertise in building machine learning models and data-driven solutions.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency with Python, R, and SQL for data analysis and model development.

- Strong experience with machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics.

- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, etc.).

- Familiarity with big data processing frameworks and cloud-based data platforms.

- Experience working with data engineering tools such as Apache Spark, Airflow, and Jupyter Notebooks.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights effectively.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education :

- Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.ed field
