Administration Responsibility:

• Manage travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to ensure smooth execution of trips.
• Handle all aspects of travel desk operations, from planning to execution.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal customers (employees) by resolving their queries related to travel arrangements.
• Ensure timely updates on flight schedules, delays, or cancellations to minimize disruptions.

HR Responsibility:

• Employee Records Management:
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring that all personal, employment, and benefits information is accurate and confidential.
• Handle the filing and archiving of HR documents.
