Quality Control Engineer ( Project-Water Treatment )

We are hiring for the Quality Control Engineer.

Candidate Preferred from WATER TREATMENT Industry only.

Education: Diploma or B.E. Mechanical, Production ,Mechatronics

Experience: 2 TO 7 Years 

Location: Navi Mumbai, Mahape.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ready to travel PAN India and Vadodara Factory adequately, also site visit as per requirements.

• Work as Project Quality Engineer for ongoing Project.
• Review Project specifications and provide input to Application team / Project for QA/QC requirements.
• Prepare Project specific Quality plan, Inspection Test plan as per tender specifications.
• Preparation of Quality procedures & manufacturing procedures & submit to customer as per project protocol.
• Preparation of WPS, PQR, WPQ.
• Inspection Coordination Raise Notification to customer based on IN received from Vendors, Coordinate with client and arrange inspection (Chembond) / Customer witness stages.
• Witness Stage, In process and final inspection as per approved ITP.
• Ensure Timely submission of Project QA/QC documents.
• Submit Final Manufacturing record book.
• Coordination with supplier for QA/QC submissions as per contract.
• Inspection of Storage Tanks CS, SS -ASME section VIII div 1.
• Inspection of FRP Tanks, HDPE Tanks.
• Inspection of Piping -ASME B31.3.
• Inspection of Piping components & Valves, Fittings. 
• Inspection of Rotary Equipments Centrifugal Pumps, dosing Pumps, Blowers, Agitators. 
• Inspection of Package equipment's Chemical Dosing packages, Chlorination package, Cooling water treatment plant, ETP, STP, WTP, skid package, etc. 
• Inspection of LV motors.
• Inspection of Control panel, junction box PLC etc.
• Inspection of Painting /Coating /Rubber lining.
• Inspection of non-metallic Piping CPVC /HDPE.
• Inspection of Instruments Flow, pressure, Level, Analyzer, Transmitters.
• Support site QC activities by providing Field ITP, Field sub-contractor Welder qualification, Site visits, resolving site issues related to QC, Site QC procedures, site Test procedures and protocols.
