- Oversee and manage the purchasing activities of the organization
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure cost-effective procurement
- Lead a team of buyers and procurement staff to ensure timely availability of materials
- Conduct supplier evaluations and negotiations to secure favourable terms and conditions.
- Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Prepare and review purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Analyze market trends and price developments to make informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and procurement activities
- Collaborate with other departments to align purchasing activities with overall business goals
- Knowledge in Logistics for Inbound and Out Bound local transits
- Basic good knowledge in Imports
- Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems to streamline purchasing processes

What Do You Need To Bring
- The ability to develop and implement effective procurement strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives.
- Proficiency in negotiating with suppliers to secure the best terms, prices, and delivery schedules
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, evaluate supplier performance, and make data-driven decisions
- Capability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis to manage procurement costs effectively
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative
- Experience working within an Manufacturing Industry at Purchase department with 10 years with Qualification of BE/ BTech Machinal Engineering.
