Key Responsibilities:

Employee Exit Management: Oversee the exit process, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Initiate termination and offboarding procedures efficiently.
Admin Clearance: Coordinate with employees and vendors for asset recovery within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
Asset Management: Manage asset allocation, maintain inventory records, and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy.
