Asset Management Executive

Job Description :

• Maintain and update records of all company assets, including equipment.
• Implement and manage asset tagging, categorization, and inventory processes.
• Coordinate with all branches and service providers.
• Plan and oversee the acquisition, deployment, usage, maintenance, and disposal of assets.
• Ensure all assets are managed in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Monitor and mitigate risks associated with asset management.
• Generate regular reports on asset utilization, costs, and depreciation.
• Support financial planning by providing accurate data on asset-related expenses.
• Experience in the field of accounting and taxation.
• Expertise in Tally, accounting and taxation.
• Proficiency in Threat asset ERP software/tools.

Required skills and qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
• Proficiency in Threat asset ERP software/tools.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.
